Rhudy and The Town of Pulaski -~,- Adopted: April S, 2005 Effective: April 5, 2005 Town of Pulaski, Virginia Ordinance 2005-16 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF LANDS BETWEEN ERCELL R. RHUDY AND THE TOWN OF PULASHI WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski has held a Public Hearing pursuant to the laws of the State of Virginia concerning the transfer of town owned property to Ercell R. Rhudy by Power of Attorney Susan R. Bain; and WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski has considered the general health, safety, and welfare of its citizens in determining that transferring the property at Warden Springs to Ercell R. Rhudy by Power of Attorney Susan R. Bain would be in the best interest of its citizens inasmuch as the Town of Pulaski would receive in exchange approximately 25 acres°'"from Ercell R. Rhudy by Power of Attorney Susan R. Bain that the Town plans to use for expansion of the Pulaski Business Park; and NOW THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute a deed to Ercell R. Rhudy by Power of Attorney Susan R. Bain for the acreage contained in the attached exhibit A expressly made a part hereof at Warden Springs within the Town of Pulaski in exchange for the acreage in attachment B expressly made a part hereof. This ordinance is adopted and is effective upon adoption the 5th day of April, 2005 by recorded vote as follows: Jeffrey S. Worrell Dan Talbert, Jr. Bettye H. Steger -Aye Lane R.
