Payne Adopted: March 24, 2005 Effective: March 24, 2005 ORDINANCE 2005-15 AN ORDINANCE CONVEYING REAL ESTATE FROM THE TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA TO BOBBY D. AND ANGELA H PAYNE WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has determined it is in the best interest of the general health and welfare of its citizens to continue development of the Pulaski Business Park; and, WHEREAS, continued development of the Business Park requires conveyance of property to secure the necessary right-of--way to sites further within the boundaries of the Business Park; -~- NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED bey the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in special session this 24t day of March 2005 that the Town does hereby convey to Bobby D. and Angela H. Payne approximately three (3) acres, designated as "New Parcel A", identified as tax map number 73-6-4, as shown on the map entitled "A Plat of a Minor Subdivision, Boundary Line Adjustment and Right-of--Way Dedication for the Town of Pulaski, Located in the Town of Pulaski, Pulaski County, Virginia" as prepared by Anderson and Associates, Inc. dated March 23, 2005, which is attached to this ordinance. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 24t" day of March 2005 by the recorded vote of Town Council as follows: Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye Daniel Talbert, Jr. -Aye Bettye H.
