Ordinance Amending §406.1-2 of the
Zoning Regulations aad Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map
Regarding Planning Commission Case 2004-17ZA
WHEREAS, The Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best
interests of the public and determined that it is consistent with the general welfare of the
citizens of Pulaski to amend §406.1-2 of the R-5 zoning ordinance and zoning map for an
R-5 Planned Unit Development District for the Deerfield Manor Development located on
Deerfield Drive and designated as Planning Commission Case 2004-17ZA; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski has considered the best interests
of the community and its citizens and bases the following amendments to the Zoning
Regulations and Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map upon the public necessity,
convenience, general welfare, and good zoning practices; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session on the 4th day of January 2005 that §406.1-2 of the
Zoning Regulations and Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map is hereby hereby amended to
permit its use for the Deerfield Manor Development located on Deerfield Drive
designated as Planning Commission Case 2004-17ZA. The Zoning Map amended herein
is attached hereto and expressly made apart hereof as if expressly set forth herein.
This ordinance is adopted and is effective upon adoption the 4th day of January, 2005 by
recorded vote as follows:

Motion to Approve
Planning Commission Case 20041 ?ZA (Zoning Amendment)
I move for the approval of the above listed case with the following
condition.
Condition # 1
Developer shall provide for a Home Owner Association that will provide
routine maintenance as setforth by the Developer to address the common
areas, fence row, and general appearance of the property, so as to keep a
clean and orderly property in relation to the adjoining property owners.
