ORDINANCE 2004-23
AN ORDINANCE TO PREPARE AN OPTION FOR PURCHASE
OF THREE (3) LOTS FRONTING ON MAPLE STREET
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, deems it to be consistent
with the general welfare of its citizens and the public interest to acquire an option on three (3)
lots fronting Maple Street to assist in developing a lease between the Town and U. S. Cellular for
cellular phone service; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski
sitting in regular session that the Town Attorney is hereby authorized to prepare an option for
THE purchase of three (3) lots fronting Maple Street, (being lots 36, 37 and 38} not to exceed
$500.00- for the option andr$6,000.00 for the purchase of said lots.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 3rd day of August,
2004 and is adopted by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as
follows:
