AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 2000-17 OF THE TOWN OF PiJLA3KI CODE
OF ORDINANCES ADOPTING AN INCREASE TO THE VOLUME CHARGE
FOR SEWER SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has studied and
considered the effects on its citizens and the budget for sewer services; aad
WHEREAS, the Tows Council has determined that operating costs to the Town
for sewer services are increasing atsl that an adjustment in the rates to consumers are
justiSed and in the public interests aad finther is consistent with the public interest and
general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia that Ordinance 2000-1'7 of the Town of Pulaski Code of Ordinaaces is
hereby amended and that the adjustments to the vohnne charge for sewer rates by the
Town of Pulaski shall be as reflected in the Table of Volume sewer rates attached hereto
and expressly made a part hereof as if set forth herein.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this l ls' day of
