AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 2000-16 OF THE TOWN OF PULASKi CODE
OF ORDINANCES ADOPTING AN INCREASE TO THE VOLUME CHARGE
FOR WATER SERVICE
UT1EiEREAS, the Taws Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has studied and
considered the effects an its cifszens and the budget for water services; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that operating costs to the Town
for water services are increasing and that an adjustanent in the rates to consumers are
justified and consistent with the public interest and general welfare; and
NOW, T'~[ERF,FORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia that Ordinance 2000-16 of the Town of Pulaski Code of Ordinances is
hereby ame'aded and the adjustments to the volume charge for water rates by the Town of
Pulaski shall be as reflected in the Table of Volume water rates attached hereto and
expressly made a part hereof as if set forth herein.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 11'~ day of
May, 2004 sad is adopted by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, as follows:
