ORDINANCE 2004-11
REZONING OF HAGER PROPERTY AT THE CORNER OF
PIERCE AVENUE AND DORA HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered
the best interest of its citizens and determined after review of the Planning Commission's
recommendations and after a public hearing with citizen input that it is in the best interest
of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience, general welfare
and good zoning practices to pen~nit the rezoning requested by Bill and Ann Hager from
R-4 Residential District to B-1 Local Business District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia on the 11 `~ day of May, 2004, that the property requested by Bill and
Ann Hager, identified as Tax Map Number 072-023-000C-013, 014, 015, 016, 017, and
located at the corner of Pierce Avenue and Dora Highway is hereby rezoned from R-4
Residential District to B-1 Local Business District.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 11~' day of
May, 2004 and is adopted by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, as follows:
