HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-08Ordinance 2004-08 An Ordinance Amending the Lot Regulations by District and Sections 308 and 611.1 of the Zoning Ordinance ADOPTED: May 11, 2004 EFFECTIVE: May 11, 2004 .a.- ~~1 ~. ,< TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA ORDINANCE 2004-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LOT REGULATIONS BY DISTRICT AND SECTIONS 308 AND 611.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has reviewed proposed amendments to the Lot Regulations by District and to the Zoning Ordinance along with the comments and recommendations of the Planning Commission following a referral and public hearing by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered the best interests of the community and its citizens and bases the following amendments to the Zoning Regulations and Zoning Ordinance upon the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in regular session the 11`h day of May, 2004, that the attached "Amendments to the Zoning Regulations and Zoning Ordinance" are hereby adopted as if expressly set~forth herein. This ordinance is hereby adopted this 11th day of May, 2004 and is adopted by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as follows: Bettye H. Steger -Aye John T.
