TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA ORDINANCE 2004-O1
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING DATA PROCESSING
TO TOWN MANAGER'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Town Council for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia having considered the best
interest of the citizenry and deeming it to be consistent with the general welfare to more effectively
and efficiently oversee, manage and administer Data Processing under the Town Manager's Office;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski
sitting in regulaz session that Data Processing shall be moved and henceforth be under the
supervision, management and control of the Town Manager's Office.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of January,
?!~04 and is adopted by,_the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as
