Home My WebLink About2003-18r Ordinance 2003-18 Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 2000-01 ADOPTED: September 2, 2003 EFFECTIVE: September 2, 2003 .~- ~O~ r' TOWN OF PULASIG, VIRGINIA ORDINANCE 2003-18 ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 2000-01 WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in regular session has termined that it is in the public interest and consistent with the general welfare and safety of its izens to deregulate fares charged for taxi services under Ordinance 2000-01 Chapter 8, Article I, Section 8-257; NOW, THEREFORE be it HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Laski. Virginia that Ordinance 2000-O1 is hereby repealed and that no rates for fares be regulated ordinance in the Town of Pulaski until such time as the Town Council shall determine otherwise the best interest of its citizens. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is adopted by recorded vote of the Town uncil of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia this 2nd day of September, 2003 as follows: Bettye H.
