RESOLUTION CANCELING THE INVITATION TO BID FOR GRADING WORK
AND REJECTION OF BID AT THE PULASKI BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has initiated and received bids from
contractors pursuant to an invitation to bid for certain grading work at the Pulaski Business Park;
and

Virginia that pursuant to § 2.2-4319 of the 1954 Code of Virginia, as amended, that the invitation

insufficient funds to meet even the lowest bid received and further this action is not taken to
avoid awarding a contract to a particular responsive and responsible bidder.
