RESOLUTION N0. 92-15
RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE TO
PLANNING COt4MISSION
•
BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed changes to Chapter 4, Section 6.2
of the Town Zoning Ordinance be referred to the Town Planning Commission
in the form attached hereto.
This Resolution is effective on adoption and is adopted in special
session this 24th day of June, 1992, by recorded vote of the Council as
follows:

Proposed Additions to Town of Pulaski Zoning Ordinance
• Chapter 4, Section 6.2 {Permitted Uses in B-2 General Business District)
62. Wholesale brokerage or storage establishments with floor area devoted to storage or warehousing
of 20,000 square feet or more, as a conditional use, but not a truck or freight terminal.
63. Light manufacturing, fabricating and processing operations within completely enclosed buildings
which do not produce hazardous, objectionable, or offensive conditions outside the building by
reason of odor, dust, smoke, cinders, fumes, noise, vibration, heat, glare, wastes, fire, or
explosion so that nearby commercial uses are not adversely effected, and which are harmonious
with such commercial uses in signage, traffic flow, and exterior appearance, as conditional uses.
