ORDINANCE ADOPTING A TWENTY PERCENT (20%)
INCREASE IN T$E RATES FOR WATER SERVICE,
FIXED CHARGES,
AND VOLUME CHARGES

WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the operating costs to the Town
for water services are increasing and that an adjustment in the rates to consumers are justified and in
the best interests of the citizens of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, that a twenty percent (20%) increase in the rates for water service, fixed charges and volume
charges shall be as follows:

This Ordinance shall be effective for the January 2001 service period to be billed to
consumers in February 2001 by duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia, on this the 5th day of December, 2000.
