WOULD NOT BE IT RESOLVED that to permit tree Executors and
PURCHASE C.P. ~irustees of the estate of the late Charles Peirce Macgill to
MACGILL PROP. Proceed to dispose of the assets of the estate, the Council
of the Town of Pulaski hereby declines to assert any right
of purchase under Article II (a) and (b) of the will of the
said Criarles Peirce I~~acgill, deceased.
