RESOLVED, that the annual. employees picnic be held August 22,
1956 with arr2ngertents to be workF.rA au~t. by the Town ~~anager.

progress ar~d those recent:iy completed by the Town.

On motion of W. M. Farmer, seconded by I. R. Garper, it was
unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Counci]snan Larson make investigat~jon

that they be authorized to make Mr. Noland an offer as Town Manager' {
