SPECIAL MEETING A special meeting of the Town Council of th®
Town of Pulaski, Virginia was held in the Municipal
~iilding February 10, 1953 at 4 p.m.
PRESENT There were present:
Mayer H. R. Imboden, presiding

PICO TERRCE 11CA~ER The meeting was called to consider the Pieo
LINE ~ T COD
Terrace water line and the Town Cod®. After discussion,
the Council agreed, without a formal motion, to adhere to
the proposal originally presented to the School Board
regarding their financial participation in the.cost of
relocating the 12~ water main and directed the Town
Manager to so advise the School Board.
T0~'N CODE The Town Attorney and Town Manager presented
a memorandum listing twenty-nine items which had aom® to
their attention in their preliminary study of the Town
Code as prepared by Mr. Rooke and which they felt should
be revised or given further consideration. The Council
directed that the Town Attorney and Town Manager continue
their study and that the contract terms between the Town
and Mr. Rook® be investigat®d and reported back to Council.

requested relief from the X50.00 water connection fee in
ADIl9ITION the case of three houses that he proposed to connect to
the private lin® in the Brown Addition. It was the consensus

of Council that the Town should not d®viate from th® policy on
connection fee char g®s and that Mr. Bentley should pay same.
