V. Jackson, presiding Councilmen: I.R.Carper, O.O.Crowell, J.C.Crunbley, J. L. Keeling, W.A.Larson, J.R.Martin, W. F. White. Absent: F. W. Marshall Also prssentr Town Manager.,.. Julian F. Moore MASHBURld AVENUE SEWER The Mayor. stated the purpose of the meeting tistis to consider a petition for setirer service in the Mashburn Avenue-,Rust Addition Area and any other busineaa tirhich would properly be presented at this time. The Town Manager advised Mr. J.E. i~lalters had presented a petition l~oa twenty-five people in the Mashburn hvenue area, stating they would pay the regular connection fee of X50.00 for sewer, tirith four persona indicating payment of X50.00 each over and above the connection fee. Ia addition, four persons believed to own concerned property stated they would deed to the Town necessary right-of-tidy. On motion duly made by W. A. Larson, seconded by I. R. Carper, it wsa unaniaously RESOLVED, that a letter be forwarded to each property owner signing the petition for sewer f.n Mashburn Avenue-Ault Addition Area, inquiring as to their willingness to contribute the sum of ~1?5..00, over and above the connection Fee of X50.00, toward a sewer project, in accordance with adopted sewer construction policy of 1952. SURVEY U.S.ll Pursuant to a letter Pros Mr. Frank J.Critser, Superintendent NCL of Schools, as to the possible meeting of the 3ahool Board with the Town Council May 20 or 21 at the Pico Terrace School, relative to the drainage and roadway situation at the north corporate Baits, the Cowscil agreed to seat, if astisfactory, on May 20 at three o~olook at the site.
