V. Jackson, presiding Councilmen: C. T. Brook tan, I. R. Carper, t3.O.Cwel1, !. M. Farmer, W. A. Larson, M.E.Les. r, d.R. ffiartin, W. F. Yhite. Absent: Nona Also present Town Manager: Clerk: Town Attorney; Visitors: - ., Julian F. Hirst Louise D. Logan Garnett S . Moore Delegation from Pulaski County Chamfer of Commerce. The Mayor dispensed with reading of the Minutes. BRY50N Lonnie Bryson, whose residence was near 16th ~tret 16th NVQ and Fandolph, requested the Town to build stapa to his prope~ty due to a high bank created by the Town when cutting down the~l road, which matter was referred to t~,e Street Committee for ~eec~indati on. ;i CODE PRfJVISION The Town Manager reEOmmended that the 'town Attorlkey gAILURE TO QBTAIN be instructed to rewrite a provision of the code wherein a p~rson AUTO TAG not having a town tag paid the same fine, i.e. X1.00, as anyjone violating say other law, to provide that failure to obtain a~~towa tag be left to the discretion of the Co~xrt as were other violations. Farmer, it was unanimously RUST SUB. t~l±'F' RESOLVffi>, that a proposition of Mr. Foy Aust O ~' HENRY AVE. in regard to sewage facilities for his subdivision off of Henry Arenas- whereby a septic tank would be installed be approved and the Town Attorney be directed to prepare a suitable agreement which would be presented to the Council at a future meeting for wpprcyval.
