Owens appeared in regard to taxi dr3iver~ s RE TAXI PERMIT permit, revoked due to charge for reckless driving and spee~,ing made while on probe-tion, requesting that permit be renewed asmudh as this was his only means of making s livelihood. On motion cluly_ made by G, R. Steger, seconded by T. F. Wirt, it was unanimously ACTION RESTRICTING RESOLVED, that action taken at recent meeting re~ardisg 11~A'1"ER USE RESCINDED restricting use of water be rescinded, and that pumping frog ~Parden Springs be begun when and if nece$sary, and further, ;that citizens bs requested to cooperate to conserve the present ~?upply. f] The Superintendent of Public Worke presented eat~tsates of cost should the Town begin us ing Warden Springs as an adtional source of water supply. - On motion duly made by E.T. Painter, seconded byt G. R.Steger, it was unanist©usly ~. OWENS PERMIT RESOLVED, that the request of James R. Owens for}~ta~i ~ DEFIED driver's permit be denied.
