the E. P. Whitman land, on motion duly made by H.R.Imboden,
seconded by 0. 0. Crowell, it was unanimously
Legal opinion RESOLVEDT, that the Town Attorney be
requested
instructed to furn3_sh the Council a legal opinion as to
the obligations of the Tovrn in completing transaction
for the purchase of certain lands from E. P. Vdhitman for
airport purposes.

REQUEST
Counts, Inc., was read, with regard to condition of b~ck-
stop wire at the baseball diamond at Calfee Park. The
Town ~iana~;er reported that there 'o.ad been placed a cover
of new vrire over the old, althougz there still remained
some wire which was rusty, and should probably be replaced
next year. It eras determined that a letter be sent the
Pulaski Counts, Inc., advising of this recent action.
On motion duly made by H. R. Imboden,
seconded by I. R. Carper, it was ,.unanimously
RESOLVED, -that all bids for furnishing
paint to repaint the fence at Cal:fee Park be rejected,
and the matter be deferred until next year.
It was suggested that the License Tax
Ordinance on motor vehicles should be revised to provide
clarification, and possibly, to gave consideration to
lowering some of the rates therein.

RESOLVED, that the request of Foy Aust
that the Town construct water and sewer services in the
Sewer & Northwood Terrace development be approved, and .that in
water services
Northwood addition to all direct charges for labor and materials

used in this work, there be a ten percent (100) additional
charge for supervision, handling, and inci-dental expenses
not otherz^rise charged.
