It was reported that the property was definitely in the corporate limits, and that mrotniQipal services would be provided as requested.,. comparable to property siffiiliarly situated. - On motion dull roads by ~. The Town Manager stated that he had considered the reque$t for impr®ving the alley between holly and Birch Streets, and that same was not ~nstitied in that this w®uld require considerable work and steno, as the alley was. verf steep. the Janes Hill sects®n was discussed. It was eonsidered that, before the culvert or bridge ~eouid be built, the creek should be relocated so as to require less length in the bridge. It was eonsidered that the property owners should be willing to furnish necessary easements and deeds without c®st to the Town in order that such an iaprevement Qould be accomplished, and that such deeds w®uld bs required before the Town a©uld undertake the desired work. The possibilities of improving Maple a~treet in RAI1Dt?LPH It was reported that the gutters between :Seventh AVEI~TE and l~ir~th M~treets on Rand®lph Avenue had been tilled to form a section siniliar to the standard type ®f cxrb and gutter.
