The minutes of the regul^r mcetin~ held on August
8, 1944 and the organization meeting held on September
1, 1944 were reed and approved.
The regular bills and pa~~.rolls for the month of

are given at the conclusion of these minutes.
One building permit, cornine within the requirements
of the ordinance was granted to Leland S. Riggs for repairs
to frame d.~elling on the west side of Madison Avenue,

licenses for the fiscal year 1944-45, to avoid penalty.

The P.~layor offered the following resolution,
which on motion of ~+. F. ~7Vhite, seconded bS~ H. R. lmboden
and unanimously passed, was adopted:
WHEREAS, C. -~~`. Bushon~ has been a resident
of the Town of Pulaski for many years and occupied the
important position of trust as Treasurer of the TOPm for
a continuous period of ten years; and
VvHEREAS, he ha.s found it necessary to discontinue
his services as Treasurer by reason of impairment of health.
