CURE & In regard to charges for curb and gutter GUTT~x CH~ttGES brought before the Council at the September 17th meeting, the Council heard a report of the director af' public works on charges to abutting property owners for curb and gutter made by certain other towns, and on motion of T. F. M~irt, seconded by 0. r. Jordan and unanimouuly passed, the matter was referred to the Ordinance committee for further investi- gation and report. ~ht,xRY On motion of Vv. ~ . Vy. brought before the Council at the September 4th meeting, and referred to the street committee and director of public works, on and unanimously passed motion of 0. P. Jordan, seconded by T. F.Vtiixt,/the director of public works was instructdd to hGve this depression filled alith suitable material, allowing drainage to pour over at its will, in accordancw with the recommendations of the street committee.
