deferred action in the matter, requesting that wore definite

ave. South, to warn drivers of the school zone, the metal

for the use of the cabin on Draper mountain, stating that
they would be willing to keep the c«bin in good condition

Carper, and unarurnously passed, use of the cabin was authori3ied

street committee for investigation and report.
The mayor reported that Roby H. ~utherlQnd had accented
the a.ppointment..to serve .as .town attorney~made.;by.the
Council at the.:Deeember meeting; a satisfactory agreement
having been made..
Fred iu. Cole, representing the Pulaski Horse Chow
tissocidt.ion, appeared before the Council, requesting definite
information reg4rding use of Calf'ee field for a horse show
this season, ann requesting that temporary seats, if available,
be installed on the east side of :de field- stating that the
shova cou:Ld be rie.l.d without interfering with t~.e other part of
the field. t~fter discussion, on rtiotion of T. F'. ~~irt,
seconded by Howard rt. ymboden and unanimously passed, the
Council authorized the committee previously appointed by the
oouncif., cornposea of r. ~. Beagle, Howard R. lmboden and
'~. F. ~~irt, to find out if seats could be secured and
to report , if' necessary, at~a special meeting of the Council.
The same cormmittee was authorized to get an esti~ndte
for repairing the wooden stands orl the east of the concrete
structure, and report to the Council.
1'hE:re being no Curtner business, the Council asjourned
