called to consider certain matters pert~_iriing to the develpp-
ment of loving Field in connection with a resolution passed
by the Pulaski County Eoard of ~u~~ervisors on June ts, 19~6y
tentatively appropriating ~v4,50U.UU to be used for the

purchase of necessary laud, with the provision that the
's'own of Pulaski appropriate an equal amount for this purpo~e,
and for other matters coming before the Council.

maps setting forth the boundaries under consider ation, ands

firm or corporation to use the ~unicipGl vrater supply in
sprinkling lawns, gurdEris or floaters, or for any other
purpose by the use of hose or to att~~crr a nose to any
spigot or pipe connected with said water supply for the use
of said water for any purpose whatsoever, except f`or
domestic or iuanuf'acturing purposes, and it is expressly
proviaed that no garage, or other person, firm or corporation
shall use any portion of said grater supply for the >>urpose
of washing cars, drivearays or station floors, anc

misdemeanor and upon conviction, thereof, shall be fined

trte mayor, as trte necessity for its use may develop from
tune to tir~ie, by appropriate notice to consu:iers, carried
