SPECIAL The Council of the Town of Pulaski met in special
SESSION
session today at 11:0 A. lsl. ut t:~e mayor's office.
`T`here were present: ~laynr E.V,'. Calfee, presiding;
PRESENT
Lottie R. Bunion, clerk, a.nd Councilmen: ti. T. Eskridge,
L. E. Vdhitesell, J. E. Punts, F.r. Sec~le, T. L. James, A. fit.
Bushohg and G.C. Hall.
Mr. Eskridge offered the following resolu-
RESOLU-
TION Lion, which, on motion duly seconded was unanimously
THOS. J. adopted;

~dHEREAS, in the death,,~of Thomas J. 5"lallner,
who had served for seventeen years as a member of this
Co~.~ncil, the Town of Pulaski has lost a loyal, faithful
and conscientious public official, who devoted unstintedly
his time, energy and ability to the public interest, and
served the town with great devotion; and
VvHEREAS, s.s an outstanding citizen, he likewise
devoted his time, service and means throughout his citizen-
s'^ip here of twenty-five years to every effort for the
promotion of the welfare of this community; and
'JuHEREAS, his death is -an irreparable loss
to Pulaski; and
WHEREAS, the members of this Body feel very
keenly the loss of a true and faithful colleague and friend.
N044, THEF~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the t ~ copy of
this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this Council,
a copy be transmitted to ter. Wallner's family, and a cagy

be published in the Southwest Times.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a further mark
ADJOURN
