Bushong and seconded by T. L. James. Whereupon, 1~r. rskridge retired and Counci;man F. ~. Seagle was elected temporary chairman. On the following recorded vote: Ayes: A. ~~1. Bushong, T. L. He then tendered his resignation as councilman from the Second V~+ard, Tmhich was accepted by the Council. Action on filling the vacancy on the Council was deferred to the subsequent meeting.
