Section 1. BE IT ORL'~I~JED by the Council of the Tovm of
Pulaski th~.t every person, firm or corporation not maintaining
a permanent coal yard wi thin the corpora to li_nits of the Town
of Pulaski, and delivering or selling coal frolr~ trucks shall
pay an annual license tax of Forty 0;40.00) Dollars for each
truck
Section ~. BE IT F'URTHI~R ORlir.Ir1LD, that nothing in this
ordinance shall be construed as prohibiting the sale or
delivery of coal by trucks to licensed co~;l dealers or uianufuctur~
ing plants located tivithin the Town of Pulaski.

firm or corporation violating this ordinance shG.ll be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be
fined not leis than Five 05.00) Dollars or more than
Tv~enty-Five (~'~5.00) Dollars, and each violation shell con-
stitute a separate offense.
