Bunn, Sr., on behalf of interested perty ovrners,rappeared before the curb and gutter on 8th Street, N. Randolph avenues. On motion duly himself and other ~ouncil petitioning 'wJ. betvreen Jefferson made, seconded and unanimously passed, the matter w~xs referred back to the petitioners to ascertain vrhether or not the parties interested would .agree to pay one-half the cost of a sidewalk, on which condition the Town c~rould pay the other half and install ~~ curb and gutter.
