Council Minutes Pulaski, Va., Feb. 4,1;941
The Council of the Town of Pulaski met in monthly
session at 7:~~0 P. I~. at the ~iayorts Office.
PRESENT There were present: Mayor L. `~JJ. Calfee, presiding,
Lottie R. Bunion, clerk; ti. W. Gatev~ood, director of public
works, and Councilmen: A. T. Eskridge, T. J. Wallner, L. E.
V`dhitesell, J. E. Bunts, F. ti.. 5eagle and T. L. James. Absents
A. D~. Bushong and G. C. Hall.
~zl'~UTES The minutes of the regular Meeting held on January
7th were read and approved.
BILLS & A detailed statement of the regular bills and ps.yroll
PtiYROLLS for the month of January was audited, approved and on motion..

condition.
ESTIMtiTE On motion duly, made, seconded and unanimously passed,

constructing 3rd St., N. E. from Franklin avenue to Walnut

The mayor submitted a proposal of the Appalachian

made, seconded and unanimously passed, the Mayor was
authorized to make a personal investigation of franchises

There being no further business, the Council adjourned
