ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTIES ON NORTH WASHINGTON AVENUE
FROM I-2 TO B-2
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best
interest of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Planning Commission's
recommendations and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is iri the best
interest of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience,
general welfare and good zoning practices to permit the rezoning of property located on
the east side of North Washington Avenue from (-2 Industrial District to B-2 General
Business District,
NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of October 2008 that the properties
identified as Tax Map No. 072-051-0034-0001; 072-051-0034-0002, 0004, 0006, 0008,
0010, 0012; 072-051-0033-0002, 0004; and 072-051-0033-0006, 0008, 0010, 0012,
0014, 0016 and as shown in Attachment A, attached hereto and made expressly part of
this ordinance, are hereby rezoned from I-2 Industrial District to B-2 General Business
District.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of October
2008 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
