Nuckols. Mrs. Nuckols advised that the girls were working on their

Vice-Mayor Frye stated it was the time and place for
holding a public hearing, as had been advertised in the Local news-
paper, on the application of Elmer Abell to place a house trailer at
1328 Dora Highway in the Town of Pulaski, and Council would be glad
PUBLIC HEAR- to hear anyone who wished to speak either for or against this proposal.
ING ABELL
TRAILER No one spoke against the application. Town Manager Marshall reported
CONTINUED
that the lot on which Mr. Abell wished to place the trailer was 100 x 150 ft.
and that a house already exists on this lot, and for this reason
recommended that the application be denied. Inasmuch as no plat
had been made of the lot showing the existing house, and the fact
that it was not known if the lot could be subdivided, Councilman
House moved that someone in the Administration determine what could
possibly be done, or advise the applicant of his right to appeal to
the Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance. The motion was seconded
by Councilman Graham, and carried.
