Minutes of the regular meeting of the Pulaski Town Council,
held July 15, .1969, at 4:00 P. M.,,~n the Municipal office.
There were present: Vice Mayer S. G. Frye, .presiding in the
absence of Mayor Edens..

The invocation was given by Councilman Ratcliff.
The minutes of a special meeting held June 30, 1969, and
regular meeting of July 1, 1969, were approved as recorded.
Vice Mayor Frye ,.advised that as had. been advertised in the
local newspaper, this was the time and place for holding a
public hearing on the application of Gordon L. Wilson for per-
mission to place a house trailer at ~'~7 Dora. Highway/ No one
appeared to oppose this application, and Town Manager Marshall
recommended that the application be approved subject to an approved
sanitary sewer system, as the Town sewer was not available to this lot.
Councilman Graham moved that the application be approved subject
to the installation of a satisfactory sanitary sewer system. The
motion was seconded by Councilman Ratcliff, and carried.
The only committee report was that of Councilman House, report-
ing for the Street Committee. Mr. House advised that the Committee
had met and discussed the traffic situation on Peppers Ferry Road,

Mr. House stated'no action was necessary on either of the above
subjects, as more study was needed.
Town Manager- Marshall presented to Council the trailer
application of James Carlyle Scott to place a house trailer on lot

that the usual trailer application procedure be followed, and a
public hearing advertised for the next meeting of Council.
Mr. Warner arrived at this point and he was advised of Mr.
House's report relative to the traffic situation on Peppers Ferry Road.
Some discussion followed.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
4:30 P. M.
