Minutes of the regular meetinff of the Pulaski Town Council
held on the lath day of September, 1962, at I~:OC P. M., in the
Municipal office.

There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.

had complained had been invited to attend this meeting of Council, butt

that they had declined to accept the invitation. There followed a

by Councilman Gallimore, and carried unanimously.
Mr. Frank Kesling stated he had heard nothing with regards
to obtaining some of the stone hauling business, and was advised

Mayor Jackson welcomed Mr. Larson back on the Council. Mr.
Larson advised that he had not had time to make a complete study

Mr. A. Dow Owens was appointed by Mayor Jackson to fill
the unexpired term of Ms. Philip M. Sadler on the Town Planning Comm-

members of Council should be increased, and stated that if it was dons
at this time it would not go into effect until four years from now, a~,
which time it was possible that an entirely new Council would be seated.
Mr. Nuckols then moved that the salary of the Mayor be increased from`
