Minutes of a special meeting of the Pulaski Town
Council, held on the 2nd day of August, 1963, at 2:00 P• M.
in the Municipal office.
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.
Councilmen: C. B. Gallimore, Billy B. Flint, F. L.
Carrico, Glen K. Aust, ?~j. S. Cummings,
T. J. McCarthy, W. A, Larson
Absent: Eugene L. Nuckols
Also present: Town Attorney: Garnett S. Moore
Clerk: Gladys R. Dalton
Visitors: Howard C. Gilmer, Jr.
Attorney for Coleman Furniture Corp.
The invocation was given by Councilman G?llimore.
The meeting convened to consider whether the Council
should at this time take any action upon the reouest of Harry
Aust concerning the alley between Madison and T~F?shington Avenues,
just north of the Coleman Furniture Corporation property. After
a discussion between members of the Council and Mr. Howard C.

OPINION ALLEY Gilmer stated it was his opinion at the present time that the

SESSION executive sessions On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded
by Councilman Larson, and carried, it was RESOL~mD that Council
go into executive session.
At 2: KO P. M. Mayor Jackson declared th? executive session
ended and Council to be in open session. There followed a motion,
which was seconded and carried, that the meeting adjourn.
