ORDINANCE REZONING 206 WEST MAIN STREET
FROM
RESIDENTIAL OFFICE TO B-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
WHNREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best
interest of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Planning Commission's
recommendations and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is in the best
interest of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience,
genE~ral welfare and good zoning practices to permit the rezoning of property located at
206 West Main Street from Residential Office to B-3 Central Business District;
NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 2nd day of February 2010 that the properties
Ioca~:E~d at 206 West Main Street, identified as Tax Map No. 072-032-0057-001 and
072-32-0057-017B; as shown in Attachment A, attached hereto and made expressly
part cf this ordinance, are hereby rezoned from Residential Office to B-3 Central
Business District.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of
February 2010 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
David L. Clark -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye Robert A. Bopp -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye Morgan P. Welker -Aye
