Mayor Worrell called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
' Following roll call, Councilman Welker asked that item 7b, presentation of podium to the Town of Pulaski be
added to the agenda.
Next, Councilman Clark moved to adopt the minutes of the February 15 and 22, 201 1 minutes, seconded by
Councilman Welker and carried on voice vote.
Mayor Worrell moved on to Presentations. He announced that the Employee of the Month for March 201 1 was
Craig Quinn, Project Engineer. Mayor Worrell read the press release aloud and added that Mr. Quinn would
receive an extra paid day off and be eligible for the Employee of the Year award in December.
Mr. Warburton expressed his appreciation to Mr. Quinn for helping the Town Attorney's office in relation to the
Dora Highway contract.
Next, Councilman Welker advised that he had constructed a solid wood podium for the Train Station. He
presented the podium to Council. He noted that he had left a space on the front to affix the Town seal and to
put the word Pulaski in brass letters so that when a picture was taken, it would show the location for posterity.
Mayor Worrell thanked Councilman Welker and accepted the podium on behalf of the Town.
The next item on the agenda was Public Operations. He announced a Power Point presentation.
Mr. Hawley advised that staff would give the presentation first and then questions could be asked afterward
Craig Quinn and Chase Duncan provided a Power Point presentation on the Dora Highway Neighborhood
