A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AMENDING THE FUNDING OF THE RATCLIFFE MUSEUM
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously authorized the application for funding
from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for the Raymond F. Ratcliffe
Memorial Museum; and,
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for certain amendments to the original agreement
t~ be initiated and executed according to the guidelines established by VDOT,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 23`d day of August 2011, that the Town Council
does hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement, affixed hereto and
made expressly part of this resolution, entitled "Transportation Enhancement Program
Amendment to Project Development Administration Agreement by the Town of Pulaski
-The Raymond F. Ratcliffe Memorial Museum Project EN99-125-114, PE101, RW201,
C501 (UPC 51990).
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 23ro day of August
2011 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:

H.M. Kidd - Aye Joseph K. Goodman - Aye
David L. Clark - Aye Gregory C. East - Aye
