HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-16ORDINANCE 2012-16 ORDINANCE REZONING 1810 BOB WHITE BOULEVARD FROM I-1 INDUSTRIAUCOMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best interest of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is in the best interest of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices to permit the rezoning of property located at 1810 Bob White Boulevard, identified as Tax Map No. 073-004-0000-0096 and 009C and 073-003-0000-0030, from I-1 Industrial/Commercial District to B-2 General Business District; NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in regular session this 5~h day of November 2012 that the properties located at 1810 Bob White Boulevard, and identified as Tax Map No. 073-004-0000- 0096 and 009C and 073-003-0000-0030, as shown in Attachment A, affixed hereto and made expressly part of this ordinance, are hereby rezoned to B-2 General Business District. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 20~h day of November 2012 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows: Heather L.
