Resolution Authorizing Fees Charged by the Police Department
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed miscellaneous fees for various services
and documentation that are available to citizens upon making application to the
respective departments of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the Town
that the fees charged for such services and documentation should accurately reflect the
cost of providing these services and documentation to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 5th day of March 2013, that the Police Department
is authorized to implement the following fee schedule for the services, reports and
documentation as listed below:
Fee Schedule-Pulaski Police Department
Service or Documentation Fee
Accident Re ort $25.00
Verification of Incident $25.00
Fin er rintin $5.00 er card
Record Check $20.00
Taxi Permit $35.00
Taxi Permit Renewal $25.00
Canvasser's Permit $35.00
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of March
2013 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
