Home My WebLink About2018-07Ordinance 2018-07 Amending Ordinance 2016-08 WHEREAS, an amendment is necessary to Ordinance 2016-08 to accurately identify property transferred to James Hardie Building Products in the Pulaski Business Park; and, WHEREAS, the Tax Map Number of the property referred to in Ordinance 2016-08 as "073-001-0000-003A" should have read "073-001-0000-033A; and, WHEREAS, a correction is necessary to render an accurate identification of the parcel transferred to James Hardie Building Products by Ordinance 2016-08; NOW THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in regular session this 15th day of May 2018, that Ordinance 2016-08 is hereby amended such that the Tax Map Number of the property set forth in said ordinance as "073-001-0000-003A shall be amended to read "073-001-0000-033A. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia this 15th day of May 2018 as follows: James A.
