Ordinance Permitting Apartments as a Special Exception
at 37 West Main Street
WHEREAS, Aggregate Capital, L.L.C., Luke Allison, agent has applied for special exception
under Section 4.10.2-2(1)c of the Zoning Ordinance to construct seven second floor apartments
and three first floor apartments on the south side with entrances facing Peak Creek; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing on February 8, 2021
wherein the applicants made presentation and the comments of the public were duly noted; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made a recommendation to Town Council that the
proposed special exception be approved; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on March 2, 2021 in
which it considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission as submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, sitting in
regular session this 2nd day of March 2021, that the application of Aggregate Capital, L.L.C. for
a special exception under Section 4.10.2-2(1)c of the Zoning Ordinance to construct seven
second floor apartments and three first floor apartment on the south side with entrances facing
Peak Creek is hereby approved.
This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of March 2021 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
