Resolution Authorizing an Application for Industrial Revitalization Funds
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski desires to develop the economy of the Town for
the benefit of all citizens; and,
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to apply for$600,000 of Industrial Revitalization Funds for"Project
Growler" to establish a brewery within the Town; and,
WHEREAS, other funds will or have been expended on the project in the total amount of
$659,323.79; and,
WHEREAS, it is projected that numerous benefits will result from the implementation of the project;
and,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in
regular session this 3rd day of August 2021 that the Town Council authorizes that an application for
$600,000 of Industrial Revitalization Funds for"Project Growler" to establish a brewery, shall be
submitted to the Dept. of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to sign and submit appropriate
documents for the submittal of this Industrial Revitalization Fund proposal.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 3rd day of August 2021 by the
duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
