Resolution Approving the Purchase of Property
WHEREAS, the Town Council may authorize and approve the purchase of real property
by the Town;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 5th day of October 2021, that the Council does
hereby approve the purchase of the following properties as set forth below:
NOW BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Council authorizes the Finance
Department to write off any delinquent taxes owed on the above properties.
