Ordinance 2021-26 Ordinance Approving Special Exception to operate a junkyard/automotive graveyard at 535 and 609 Commerce Street WHEREAS,. the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best interests of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is in the best interests of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices to approve a special exception request for 535 and 609 Commerce Street identified as Tax Map No. 072-15-3, 072-15-2A, 072-15-1, 072-17- 110-12, 072-17-110-12A, 072-17-110-13, 072-17-110-14, 072-17-110-15, 072-17-110-18A, 072-17- 110-18,072-17-110-19, 072-17-110- 20, 072-17-110-21, 072-17-110-22,072-17-110-231 NOW,THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in regular session this 191h day of October 2021 that the property located at 535 and 609 Commerce Street and identified as Tax Map No. 072-15-3, 072-15-2A, 072-15-1, 072-17- 110-12, 072-17-110-12A, 072-17-110-13, 072-17-110-14, 072-17-110-15, 072-17-110-18A, 072-17- 110-18, 072-17-110-19, 072-17-110- 20, 072-17-110-21, 072-17-110-22, 072-17-110-23] as shown in Attachment A, affixed hereto and made expressly part of this Ordinance A, Affixed is hereby approved for special exception as a junkyard/ graveyard. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1911 day of October 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows: Lane R.
