Washington Avenue from B-2 General Business to R-0 Residential Office WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the bestinterest of its citizens and determined, after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is in the best interest of the community, and consistent with the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices to permit the rezoning of property identifiedas Tax Map No. 072-51-24-11, 072-51-24- 13, 072-51-24-15, 07251-24-17, from B-2 General Business to R-0 Residential Office; NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in regular session this 7th day of December 2021 that the property identified as Tax Map No. 072-51-24-11, 072-51-24-13, 072-51-24-15, 07251-24-17 as shown in the attached material, affixed hereto and made expressly part of this ordinance as if set forth herein, is hereby rezoned to R-0 Residential Office. This ordinance is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of December 2021 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows: Lane R. Washington Avenue [tax parcel(s) 072-51-24-11, 072-51-24-13, 072- 51-24-15, 072-51-24-17] from (B-2) General Business to (R -O) Residential Office has found following a duly advertised public hearing that the public necessity, convenience, general welfare, and good zoning practices (; erm'it / does net p^- ) the rezoning request. THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Town of Pulaski Planning Commission (ecommend / deer not Feeemn;eRd that the Pulaski Town Council approve the rezoning of property located 421 N.
