Amending Chapter 58 of the Code of Ordinances Removing Section 58-33
WHEREAS, the Town in a review of the business license section has identified the need to
remove Section 58-33 (6),
NOW, THEREFORE, it be ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 21" day of June 2022 amends Chapter 58 by removing
Section 58-33 (6) as summarized Attachment A- Ordinance 2022-10 titled Proposed Changes to
Chapter 58 attached hereto and made part of this resolution,
This ordinance shall be effective June 21"', 2022 upon adoption this 21st day of June 2022 by the
recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
