Rezoning Property at 0 First Street NW and 34 First Street NW from I-2
Industrial to B-3 Central Business
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best interest
of its citizens and determined after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and
after a public hearing, that it is in the best interest of the community and consistent with the
public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices, to rezone property
located at 0 First Street NW and 34 First Street NW from I-2 Industrial to B-3 Central Business.
NOW, THEREFORE it be ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 1St day of November 2022 rezones property located at 0 First Street
NW and 34 First Street NW from I-2 Industrial to B-3 Central Business.
The ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption on this 1St day of November 2022 by
the duly recorded voice vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
