HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022-19Ordinance 2022-19 Special Exception Request for "mixed use" in the B-3 Central Business District WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best interest of its citizens and determined after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and after a public hearing with citizen input, that it is in the best interest of the community and consistent with the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices, to grant the Special Exception request for mixed use from Taking it to the Streets for property located at 235 North Jefferson Avenue in the B-3 Central Business District with the following conditions: • Will expire when Taking it to the Streets leaves the building • Is only permitted when the warming station is operating • Only one full-time tenant when the warming station is operating NOW, THEREFORE it be ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in regular session this 6t" day of December 2022 grants the Special Exception request from Taking it to the Streets for mixed use at 235 North Jefferson Avenue in the B-3 Central Business District. The ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption on this 6t' day of December 2022 by the duly recorded voice vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows: Lane R.
