Property for Sale; 124 Pierce Street
WHEREAS, after holding a duly advertised public hearing for the disposition of public
property,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski does
hereby accept the offer from K&J Properties to purchase 124 Pierce Street for the purpose of
constructing a single-family residence.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of February 2023 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
